Wise, Fools, and Evil:
In every interaction, whether with employees, customers, or teammates, you are most likely dealing with a person who falls into one of three categories: wise, foolish, or evil. The problem is that most of us deal with everyone in the same way, and that does not work. You must know how to tell which is which and what to do with each in order to get results.
In this session, Dr. Cloud will address how to deal successfully with the three different types of people you lead and interact with - wise people, foolish people, and evil people. He will help you spot these different types of behavior, discuss the challenges of dealing with each, and present effective solutions to help you move forward. This session will challenge you to think and react differently to the people and situations that are holding you back.
Pruning:
In this session, Dr. Cloud will teach on the concept of pruning, which is removing the unwanted or superfluous in your organization. He will discuss the employees, businesses, and relationships that we all must give up in order for us to move forward. The content will serve as a diagnostic to help you see the things and people that are getting in the way of the success of your vision, whether dead, sick, or healthy, and the session will give you the practical tools that you need for you and your team to move forward.
